About the job
Our goal is to always deliver high quality, and we always strive to provide our customers with a first-class customer experience. With us, you will start your employment with a 4-week paid introductory training followed by a trainee period, leading to certification as an alarm operator.
The security center is staffed around the clock with experienced and well-trained personnel who handle alarms from the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill individuals connected to Tunstall's security center.
As an alarm operator with us, you will belong to a team and respond to and manage security alarms from the elderly and disabled across the country via phone, assess the case, and forward alarms to the relevant care personnel, primarily within municipal home care. Phone and computer are important tools, and your ability to listen, speak, and communicate are key success factors. You will be part of a team of about 15 people per shift, and your team and service orientation are very important.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
A genuine interest in working with people
You are clear in your communication and have the ability to adapt to the customer's various needs
You are efficient and meticulous in your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You enjoy working towards set goals
You have very good computer skills
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You have a pronounced sense of service and good patience
Experience in healthcare or other service professions is an advantage
Personal suitability is highly valued

Working hours
The alarm center is open 24/7, all year round.
For day/evening/weekend work, the working hours are scheduled between 06:00-23:00.
For night work, including weekends, the working hours are scheduled between 21:45 - 07:15

We are looking for 4 people where the working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend according to the schedule.

Employment type: Probationary employment
Employment degree:
100% for day/evening/weekend work
75% for night work
